GALA
2024 Nationals Finals Gala is an event that takes places on the last day of Nationals. Streetz Gala is a semi formal/formal event. It will be an incredible evening packed full of performances, awards, red carpet photos, photo booth and more!
TICKETS
The Gala is a ticketed event, which means every person in attendance, including registered dancers and dancers performing in the Gala must have a ticket to attend. Tickets will be sold through Eventbrite. VIP tables are first come first serve so be sure to purchase your tickets as early as possible if you want to be among the first to reserve your seats. General admission tickets will be sold until the tickets are sold out. The link to purchase tickets will be posted to this page when ticket sales open up.

VIP Ticket - Assigned seating, 3 course meal, access to cash bar, and show
VIP Kid Ticket - Assigned seating, 3 course meal (smaller portion), and show
General Admission - Open theater style seating, access to fruit station, cash bar, and show
VIP DOTY Upgrade - For Dancer of the Year Contestants ONLY. Includes upgrade to VIP ticket

DISCLAIMER: Once your tickets are purchased, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. At the bottom of the email a PDF with your ticket QR code will be attached. Please print the ticket(s) BEFORE the event. The venue internet is not reliable and can cause issues if you try to print at the venue.
FREQUENTLY ASKED TICKET QUESTIONS
How do I purchase tickets?
-Tickets will be sold on Eventbrite.com. You may purchase your tickets by clicking the link at the top of the page.

Will tickets be available at the event?
-General admission tickets will be available for purchase up until the Gala and/or until tickets are sold out.

How do I select my meal option for the VIP tickets?
-You will be prompted to select your meal option on the confirmation page after selecting your seats. You may not change your meal option once your purchase is complete.

How do I make sure I sit with my studio or dancer?
-You can select specific seats on Eventbrite using a desktop ONLY. Eventbrite automatically selects seats when using a mobile device or tablet. When purchasing your VIP seats, you will be selecting which seats you would like to sit at. If wanting to sit together, make sure you purchase the tickets at the same time from one account to guarantee your seats together. If you use different accounts, there is no way to guarantee seats or move seats around.

My dancer is auditioning for Dancer of the Year, can I upgrade their ticket to a VIP ticket and make sure they sit with me?
-Yes, if your dancer is auditioning for Dancer of the Year, you may upgrade their tickets to VIP. If you would like to upgrade your Dancer of the Year to a VIP ticket, please see instructions below:
1) Select option "VIP DOTY Upgrade" when selecting your seats.
2) Enter the Dancer of the Year Contestant's name under their ticket. (Names will be cross-referenced to Dancer of the Year registrations. An email will follow if dancer's name does not appear on our registrations or if dancer's name is duplicated.)

How do I obtain my wristband to enter the Gala at the event?
-Please print your confirmation from Eventbrite and bring them to our Registration booth or Streetz Shop to receive your wristband(s). Entrance into the Gala ballroom will not be permitted without appropriate wristband worn securely on either wrist.

Can I transfer Gala Tickets?
-Yes, please email info@thestreetzdance.com if you would like to transfer your Gala tickets to another name.

Is the Dancer of the Year contestant general admission ticket for the dancer or their parent?
-The general admission ticket that comes with a Dancer of the Year registration is for the dancer. Everyone wanting to attend the gala MUST purchase a gala ticket. Wristbands to enter the ballroom will be strictly enforced.

TOP TECHNICAL STUDIO
This award will be given to the studio that executed the most refined technique and elite dance skills throughout all competitive routines during the National Finals Competitions.

TOP CHOREOGRAPHY STUDIO
This award will be given to the studio that competes routines during the National Finals Competitions that showcases highly innovative, creative, and original choreography.

TOP PERFORMANCE STUDIO
This award will be given to the studio that consistently and accurately performs all competitive routines by exuding emotion, story telling, and connecting with each other and the audience during National Finals Competitions.

PERFORMANCE OF THE YEAR
This award will be given to the routine that received the highest score out of the entire National Finals group competition.

To Qualify:
- Compete 10 group routines at any regional city
- Compete 10 group routines at Nationals

Parameters to Meet in Order to Win:
- Maintain positive attitudes in all regional and Nationals classes, rehearsals, and competitions
- Demonstrate excellence in dance education across all dance styles and age divisions
- Show good sportsmanship in classes and backstage during competitions
- Consistent administrative organization, timeliness, and cooperation before and during Nationals
- Combined average competition score from the 2024 Streetz Nationals for groups, lines, extended lines, and productions.
